Gabriela Karalyn Drexler, the infant daughter of Robert, Jr. and Patricia Palko Drexler, was born in the Cookeville, Tennessee Hospital. She was taken to the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville after birth because of a heart defect. She died sixteen days later. Funeral services were held at the St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Cookeville, Tennessee with the Rev. Mike Bigley officiating. The Rev. Chris Michelson presided at the grave site. Pallbearers were Kent Bilbrey, Bill Clark and Ronnie Manis. Honorary pallbearers were Frank Dukes, Bill Hatcher, Bill Palko, David Palko, Tom Palko and Bob Patterson. Grandparents are Robert, Sr. and Donna Dukes Drexler of Columbia, Tennessee and Al and Corinne Knight Palko of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and great-grandmother, Lou Dukes of Greenwood, South Carolina.
