Surviving are her father, Howard Jay Crouch Jr. of Fort Pierce; her mother, Lanette Johnson of Stuart; three sisters, Tiffany DeWitt of Fort Pierce, Jaylin Crouch of Fort Pierce and Jenna Johnson of Stuart; a brother, Reginald Hopson of Stuart; paternal grandmother, Joyce Crouch of Fort Pierce; paternal grandfather, Howard J. Crouch Sr. of Georgia; and maternal grandmother,
Berniece Amadon of Fort Pierce.
SERVICES: Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery in Okeechobee . Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
