Charles E. Steed, 54, of 250 Oxford Dr., widower of Opal Combs Steed, died at 11:57pm Friday at the Clark Regional Medical Center.
A native of Parkersburg, WV, he was the son of the late Harvey and Doris Clegg Steed and a Wal-Mart employee.
Survivors include 2 step-daughters, Debra Combs and Tamatha Deaton, both of Winchester.
Graveside services for Mr. Steed will be conducted at 10:00am Monday at Clarmont Memorial Gardens by Rev. Brian Walton.
There will be no visitation.
