Eldon L. Rowland, 73, Albany, passed away at Logan Health Care Center Thursday Dec. 23, 2010.
He was born Sept. 15, 1937, in Bartlett, Ohio, the son of the late Ernest and Gracie Dotson Rowland. Eldon was a graduate of Athens High School, owned and operated Rowland Sound Service, had worked for Holiday On Ice, and was a self employed electrician.
He is survived by children Jesse Rowland and Natalie Rowland of Logan; a grandson Nehemiah Rowland; sister and brother-in-law Twila and James Trader of Albany; many nieces and nephews.
Services will be Tuesday Dec. 28, 2010 at 1 P.M. at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Stewart officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday 11 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home.
