Services for F. A. Box, former Stewart resident who died in Memphis Monday, November 1, were held Wednesday morning at 11 from the First Baptist Church in Stewart with Lee Funeral Home of Winona in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Box operated a grocery store in Stewart for many years before retiring and moving to Memphis two years ago. He was 63.
Mr. Box attended the Baptist Church and was a member of the Woodmen of the World.
Surviving; are his wife, Mrs. Annie Ozora Box, a daughter, Mrs. James H. Hollis of Memphis; three brothers, G. E. Box of Winona, John Box of Itta Bena, and Willie Box of Santa Monica, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Laura Castle of Kilmichael; and one granddaughter.
