DELANEY - Jack Patrick, 78, of Delaney died Feb. 26, 2008, at Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born Sept. 12, 1929, in Patrick to George and Maggie Rich Patrick.

He was a logger. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Elvage Mitchell Patrick, on May 29, 2000, and one son, Delorne Harman.

Survivors include four sons, Gerald Childers of Elkins, Jack Harman of Fayetteville, Curt Harman of Combs and Henry Harman of Batesville; six daughters, Maggie Mayes of Lowell, Tammie Smith of West Fork, Shelia Glenn of Combs, Katie Bowles of Hornersville, Mo., Mary Mayo of Winslow, Jean Stacy of Ozark; three brothers, Clarence Hall of Snyder, Texas, Dewey Patrick of Springdale and Jesse Jones of Ozark; two sisters, Rosa Lehman of Springdale, and Dora Hampton of Fayetteville; 24 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Crosses Community Church with the Rev. Bill Wagoner officiating. Burial will be in Patrick Cemetery. Arrangements are by Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville, www.brashearsfuneralhome.net.

Pallbearers will be C.W. Hall, Lloyd Smith, Alex Mayo, Tim Perkins, Landon Henson, John Hall, James Jones and Tyler Parker.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
