Hazel Deane Maddox, 81, of Fulton, died Sunday, June 10, 2007 at the Fulton Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Feb. 16, 1926, in Mokane, the daughter of the late Edward and Francis (Bartley) Stambaugh. On Oct. 5, 1946, she married Ben Maddox in Fulton, MO.

She will be lovingly missed by her husband Ben of 60 years; by her three sons, Roger Maddox and his wife Marcia of Garland, TX, Dale Maddox and his wife Martha of Fulton, and Mark Maddox and his wife Deawne of Durango, CO; six grandchildren, Revelie Maddox, Tracey Maddox, Kirsten Maddox, Jonathan Mark Maddox, Jonathan Ryan Maddox, and Shawn Maddox; one great-grandchild, Alex Maddox; and one brother Clark Stambaugh and his wife Barbara of Mokane.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

Hazel was a devoted wife and mother. She was a member of the Riverview Church Of God Holiness in Steedman, MO.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 15, at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Burial will follow at the Steedman Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
