Wanda June Humphrey, age 97 passed away Wednesday the 1st day of February 2023 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab Center. June was born to the union of the late Eclus "Eck" and Mazie Kitchens Harper on Wednesday the 20th day of January 1926 in the Huntsville Community of Butler County. June was the wife of the late David Hartis Sr., Burna "Chick" Porter and Russell Ben Humphrey. She was a preceded in death by one son David Hartis Jr., one daughter Sandy Caudill, two grandsons Bradly A. Webster and Joshua Grant Phelps, two brothers Arvil and Leon Harper, four sisters Margie Benson, Jean Russ, Pearl Drake and Sue Hartis, son in law Connie Milam and daughter in law Loretta Hartis.
Wanda June Humphrey is survived by three daughters Gayle Milam of Baizetown, KY, Debi Phelps (Kevin) of Morgantown, KY and Angie Lee (Gary) of Morgantown, KY; 15 grandchildren Lynn Anderson (David), Tia Clark, Paula Butts (Tim), Penni Lee (Keith), Rebecca Connelly (David), David Carroll (Kristi), Deana Schaffer, Jason Caudill (Sarah), Jeremy Caudill (Leslie), Adam Caudill, Brandon Phelps (Pam), Bryan Phelps (Rachel), Courtney Calloway (Jon), Haley Jones (Marty) and Abby Hankins (Russell); 33 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren; sister Doris Banks of Philpot, KY; son in law Dan Caudill of Brownstown, Indiana; sister in law Ruby Humphrey of Morgantown, KY; two step sons Dan Humphrey (Jeanette) of Florida and Desper Humphrey of Florida. Burial in the Doolin Rone Cemetery
