Sara was born Dec 8, 1940, in Berwinsdale, Pa., to Ralph and Margret Stiffler Rainey. Sara graduated from Clymer High School in 1959.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, making crafts, baking and cooking. Sara was very active in her church. She was a deaconess at First Assembly of God in Hermitage. She was a member and secretary of the Patagonia Fire hall and Ladies Auxillary.
Sara is survived by: her two sons, Mark Lewis and Rob Addicott; and daughter, Brenda Ponce; 14 siblings; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Margaret and Ralph Rainey Sr., her first husband, Orval Dean Lewis; second husband, Robert Addicott; sister, Evelyn Chesmar; two brothers, Robert and Samuel Rainey; and her son, Dean Charles Lewis.
Family has requested in lieu of flowers, please send donations to Family Hospice and Palliative, 1965 Shenango Valley Freeway No. 2, and First Assembly of God, 1455 N. Keel Ridge Road, Hermitage.
