Alvina Marie Zielinski-Wagner, 103, of Manitowoc passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Laurel Grove Assisted Living.

Alvina was born on December 8, 1919 in Manitowoc to the late Anton and Rose (Pokorski) Poklinkoski. She married Harry Zielinski on August 20, 1938, he preceded her in death on November 17, 1969. On May 17, 1986, she married Alfred Wagner, he preceded her in death in 2002. Alvina was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother.

Alvina enjoyed sewing, dancing, and baking, especially baking bread.

Alvina is survived by her children: Diane Albright, James (Shirley) Zielinski, and Richard (Joan) Zielinski; grandchildren: Randy (Terri) Albright, Cindy (Jeff) Holschbach, Tom (Carol) Albright, Mark (Kerry) Albright, Susan (Mark) Knorr, Tina Albright, Frank Zielinski, and Lori (Josh) Lefel; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; step-great grandchildren; and step-great-great grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Alvina was preceded in death by her parents; her two husbands: Harry Zielinski, and Alfred Wagner; son-in-law: Robert Albright; grandson: Thomas Albright; four brothers: Matt, Edward, Clarence, Anton; one sister: Anne; parents-in-law: Frank and Augusta Zielinski; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Regina (Phil) Sheets and Ervin (Rose) Zielinski.

A funeral service to celebrate Alvina's life will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th Street. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the funeral home from 9:30 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Alvina will be laid to rest at St. Casimir Cemetery.
