Billie Jean, of Lumberton, passed away Monday at her home surrounded by her loving family.

A longtime resident of Lumberton she was a retired secretary from LISD and was also a well-loved and active member of Family Worship Center in Beaumont.

Survivors include husband Wilford C. Skelton; sons Jerry Skelton and wife Paula, Keith Skelton and wife Cresen; brothers Gerald Corley, Bobby Corley and Sonny Corley; sisters Ives Porterfield, Gladys Edmonds; grandchildren Jennifer Sunday, Adam Skelton, Luke Skelton and Matt Skelton.
