Mr. William Glenn Derrick, age 79, of College Park, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023. He was born April 16, 1943 to the late Claude and Floy Derrick. He is survived by his wife, Nina Smith Derrick; children, Joyce Clarendon and her husband, Mark, Anna Derrick, Jeremiah Derrick, Ronald Derrick; grandchildren, Marlayna Clarendon, William Clarendon, Collin Derrick; and one niece. A funeral service will be held Monday, January 30, 2023 at 2 o'clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Minister Allan Thames and Minister Dale Hutchins officiating. Interment will follow at Union Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday 2:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory, 770-964-4800.
