Jerry Lynn Rutledge, 52, lost his battle to cancer Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.
Jerry was born Nov. 9, 1955, in Fort Worth. Jerry was an employee of Texas Industries, TXI, for over 30 years.
He married the love of his life, Pat Rutledge, on Oct. 20, 1982, and celebrated 25 years together. He had two beautiful daughters, Jamie and Amanda.
He was predeceased by his father, Gordon "Shadow" Rutledge, in 2000.
Survivors: His wife, Pat Rutledge of Brock; daughter, Jamie Rutledge of Hurst; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Jeremy Heien of Mineral Wells; mother, Joyce Rutledge of Bedford; grandmother, Gladys Worsham of Bedford; brother, Tommy Rutledge and wife, Tammy, of Brock; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
