In addition to his wife, Kassidy Mode Guinn; he is survived by a daughter, Caitlyn Murray Guinn; sons, Jagger and River Guinn; his mother, Penny O'Shields and her husband, Billy; and sister, Jessica Pruitt.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, JoAnn Seay.
