Patricia Ann "Pat" Bowman Greene, 84 of Greensboro, passed away at Moses H. Cone Hospital on Sunday, January 22, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Gethsemane United Methodist Church Cemetery. "Pat" was born in Guilford County, NC on February 3, 1938, to the late Myron Bowman & Maude Peeples Bowman Miles. She was a member of Gethsemane United Methodist Church, she was also a beloved wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Howard "Whitey" Greene, daughters, Patti M. Koontz (Ralph), Janelle M. Tate & Karen M. Grant, and a son, Ervin "Randy" Malloy, stepdaughters, Geraldine Greene & Brenda G. Lyman (Mike) and a stepson, Richard "Rick" Greene, she is also survived by her grandsons, Michael C. Long (Gabbi), Dalton R. Malloy & Joshua P. Malloy, a step granddaughter, Allison "Ali" Richardson (Todd) a step grandson, Aaron S. Koontz, and two great granddaughters, Lillian N. Long & Karleigh J. Grant. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Ervin "Buddy" Ward Malloy, her daughter, Marian Luann Malloy, a sister, Elsie Stafford Bennett, and her grandson, Keaton Tyler Grant. The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service at Howard & Pat's Home. Forbis & Dick, North Elm Street Funeral Home is serving the Greene Family.
