June Dodd Butler, 91, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on May 15, 2022.
A memorial service will be held on Oct. 1, 2022 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, Lake Havasu City. Inurnment service will be held on Oct. 2, 2022 at 8 a.m.at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.

June was born in Preston, England, to Caroline and Ernest Dodd. She attended the Manchester Royal Infirmary where she graduated as a nurse-midwife. She worked as an ob/gyn nurse for Dr. Donald Nelson in Lake Havasu City. She enjoyed playing the slots, musical theater, dominoes, and tennis.

June is survived by her children, Jane Butler (Nicholas Fontana) of Tucson, Jonathan Butler of Cornelius, North Carolina, Gina-Claire Castillo and Katriona Brownlow (David) of Portland Oregon, and daughter-in-law Kim Butler of Bullhead City. She is also survived by her sisters, Maureen Stocks of Toronto, Canada, and Dorothy Walsh (Edgar) of Preston, England. She leaves behind nine grandchildren: Ian and Kyle Butler, Robert and George Butler, Carmen, Katriona and David Castillo, Natalie, Gina and Victoria Butler, and Mikaela Fontana. June is also survived by three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

June is preceded in death by her husband Dr. Robert Butler of Lake Havasu City, son Simon Butler of Bullhead City and brothers Ernest and Maurice Dodd, England.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Mummy's devoted friend Linda Gilbert, and to Jasmine Place staff, especially Nicole and James.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ, 86405.
