He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Nina Whaley; and his sister, Dottie Gayle Crawford.
He is survived by his sisters Mary Alice Yandle and Elizabeth Ruth Smith; and his brothers Roy C. Crawford (Virginia) and Bradley S. Crawford (Betty). He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Fellowship Cemetery in Perry County, AL with Kirk Funeral Homes, Marion Chapel directing.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to the Fellowship Cemetery Fund: c/o Vivian Bauer, 202 Dogwood Lane, Marion, AL 36756.
