Mrs. Elva E. (Burt) Fraska, 72, of 92 Pioneer Way, Springfield, died Saturday in Mercy Hospital. Born in Enosburg Falls, Vt., Oct. 3, 1899, she lived in Springfield 51 years. She was affiliated with the Evangelical Covenant Church. She leaves her husband , John J. Fraska; a daughter Miss Rita Fraska of Springfield, and a brother, Orville Burt of Feeding Hills. The Funeral will be at Curran-Jones Funeral Home, Agawam, Tuesday Morning, with the Rev. Darryl L. Larson, pastor of Evangelical Covenant Church. Burial will be in the Springfield Street Cemetery, Feeding Hills."

Born in Enosburgh Falls, Vt., her parents being Alma (Thomas) Burt, and Adelbert Burt. Her sister, Thresa Josephine Burt preceded her in death. She also had a brother, Orville Stanley Burt, who lived in Agawam, MA. She moved to Springfield, MA where she met her second husband while working on the WPA. She was a sewer of men's pants.

pastor of the Historic Memorial Church at Court Square in Springfield, MA. In 1941 it became the St. George Orthodox Cathedral of Springfield.

on December 19, 1935 for desertion. Her grandfather was Franklin Burt.
