Margaret Mae Ray, 74, of Stuart, died Sunday, April 1, 2007, in Arpelar.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Haywood Baptist Church with the Rev. Clarence Brinkley officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service of McAlester.

Born April 18, 1932, on Bohannon, she was the daughter of P.R. and Tommie Daniels Davis. She attended and graduated from Ashland High School in 1950.

She married Rufus Hull in 1952, in Van Buren, Ark. She worked at Seamprufe and Elsing sewing factory and retired from the Naval Ammunition Depot.

She married Wesley Ray in 1989 in Van Buren, Ark. and he preceded her in death in 2004.

She was a lifelong resident of the Stuart and Ashland area and was a member of the Haywood Baptist Church and the Ruth Sunday School class.

She enjoyed sewing, tending to her ranch and working in the outdoors.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Rhonda Hull, of Arpelar, and David and Faye Hull, of Arpelar; a step-daughter and spouse, Lindsay and Quinton Lofton, of Owasso.

Also, three grandchildren, Duston Hull, of Arpelar, Matt Hull, of Arpelar, and Charity Hull, of Tulsa; her mother, Tommie Davis, of Stuart.

And, a brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Dody Davis, of Stuart; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marian and Rex Goode, of McAlester, and Leonda and Roger Shields, of Stuart, and numerous nieces, nephew and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her father, P.R. Davis; an infant sister, Mildred Louise Davis, and a niece, Margie Capehart, Littrell.
