Lincoln--Services For Hiram Gillett Keays, 69, prominent farmer and livestock raiser of Logan county and step son of the late Gov. Richard J. Oglesby will be held at the chapel on the family estate near Elkhart at 10:30 am Saturday. Burial will be in Elkhart cemetery.
Mr. Keays died Wednesday nigh after having been in failing health for several months. His death occurred at his farm residence.
His wife did in 1934 and survivors include three children,John Dean Gillett Keays and Miss Susan Gillett Keays, both of Elkhart and Mrs.William McClellan Drake, Chicago, two grandchildren, a half brother, John G. Oglesby and a step sister Countess Felicite Cenei of Viareggio,, Italy.
