Joseph Cephus Utterback, brother of John Edward Utterback, and both sons of James Henry Utterback & Frances Jane Curd. Joe was shot and killed on Christmas Eve, December 24 1909, by James Clarence "Clancy" McCool.

This is a new stone, which was placed by John Edward Utterback, back in he 1960's, replacing the original one.

Update the death date might be Dec 25th instead of the 24th got this info from Robert Utterback I will edit or either transfer the memorial if anyone wants to add any edits in the future. since im not related to any.
