Daughter of the late A. H. "Hobbie" Nance and Bertie Thompson. She was a member of the Murrells Inlet Baptist Church and was employed as a supervisor of AVX with over 22
years of service. She was a former member of The Ladies Auxillary of the Murrells Inlet VFW. In addition to her
parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Arthur J. Jordan, Sr., a daughter, Janice Sarvis, brothers; Paul, Harvey and D.J. Nance, sisters, Thelma Williams and Lucille Tamplett. She was survived by son, a sister, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service held 2/23/2008 with The Rev. Matthew Jones officiating.
