Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Ruth Hartsell and his sister, Bobbie Jernigan.

Viewing will be held at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Stigler from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, January 14, 15 and 16; and from 9:00 am to service time on Thursday, January 19.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Stigler. Interment will follow at Vance Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.
