Mildred Olene Rowe, 86, went peacefully to be with her Lord on Thursday, November 15, 2018 in Shawnee, OK.
She was born on June 5, 1932 in Walters, OK., to Charles and Olive (Vinyard) Bryant. Mildred married Richard Rowe in 1951 and had 3 children together. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family. She loved fishing, quilting, sewing and working on her crafts. Mildred was a strong, caring and loving mother and grandmother. She was also a faithful Christian and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends at Rose Manor.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Rowe; granddaughter, Alysia Rowe; great grandson, Michael Rowe; 4 brothers; and 4 sisters.
Those left to cherish their memories are her children, Charles and wife Mary Jean Rowe, Anna Bryant and husband Leon Snelson, and Cindy Holladay; grandchildren, Amy Heath, Marcie and wife Kathy Chavez, Tiffany Rowe, Derek Rowe and Sam Cable, and Kristen Holladay; great-grandchildren, Kyla Heath, Dylan Ratliff, Maddox Gallina, Christian Rowe, Sophie Rowe, Kolby Dutton and Kasey Dutton; brother Charles "Bub" Bryant; and many more family and friends.
Visitation will be1:00-5:00pm, Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Wake will be 11am Monday, November 19, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
