Ethel Juanita Blackburn Bursey Elliott passed away Sept. 28, 2020 in Vernon, Texas after a brief illness. She was born June 6, 1933 in Vera, Texas to Ernest and Willie Mae Durr Blackburn. She married Charles Howard Bursey and they had 2 sons. She later married A. Elliott. She is survived by her sons Larry Charles Bursey and Howard Lyn Bursey and 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents , one brother Earnest Blackburn and one sister Janice Staggs.
