Norma Faye Wallis, 83, born May 1, 1939, in Abilene, Texas passed away January 4, 2023.
She was married to Ben F. Wallis September 17, 1966, and started their family in Lubbock, Texas.

Norma graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and worked as a dietician at Methodist Hospital and St. Mary's hospital in Lubbock then completed her career at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio. After retiring, she continued to work as a dietitian with the head start program in the west Texas region.

Ben and Norma were charter members of Redbud Baptist Church in 1981 and she continued to be very involved in church activities several times a week. She loved cooking, reading, singing, playing games, and working puzzles. She enjoyed time with family, kids and grandkids, and her church family.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacie Styron and husband, Toby of Littlefield, Texas; her son, Craig Wallis and wife, Chanda of Centerton, Arkansas. Her grandchildren TJ Styron, Elizabeth Styron, Kristopher Wallis, Kayla Wallis, and Joseph Wallis.

Her life will be celebrated with a visitation on Monday, January 9, 2023 from 4pm - 6pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services will continue with a 1pm Celebration of Life Service at Redbud Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
