Mary Jane (Wallace) Brown Lippert, 84, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Park View Nursing Home. She was born February 8, 1930, in Gibson County, Ind.

Mary retired from Deaconess Hospital as a surgical RN.

She loved cooking for family and co-workers as well as serving others.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Zenas and Anna (Gee) Wallace; husband, Forrest Brown; husband, Henry Lippert; daughter, Judy Pohl; one brother, and two sisters.

She is survived by son, Jack Brown (Susie); stepchildren, Mary Aders, Paul Lippert, and Marge Lippert; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; brother, Kenneth Wallace; and sister, Nancy Ramsey.

Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, at Alexander North Chapel. Friends may visit Friday from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
