Mary retired from Deaconess Hospital as a surgical RN.
She loved cooking for family and co-workers as well as serving others.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Zenas and Anna (Gee) Wallace; husband, Forrest Brown; husband, Henry Lippert; daughter, Judy Pohl; one brother, and two sisters.
She is survived by son, Jack Brown (Susie); stepchildren, Mary Aders, Paul Lippert, and Marge Lippert; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; brother, Kenneth Wallace; and sister, Nancy Ramsey.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, at Alexander North Chapel. Friends may visit Friday from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
