Death Of James M'Donald
Succumbed to Quick Consumption
Last Night.
Last evening at 10:30 James McDonald died of quick consumption at the home of his father, 402 South Orchard Avenue, West Side. Mr. McDonald had been confined to his room in this city about five weeks, having been brought from St. Louis, where he had been treated in one of the leading hospitals. He was 27 years old and had been raised in this city and has a host of friends who extend their warmest sympathy to the bereaved family.

His brother is now a city postman in the employ of the post office department and he has two other brothers who formerly lived in Wichita and worked on the Eagle, both now of Austin, Texas. He and his brothers were once influential members of several local band organizations and were also prominent in social and secret society lines. All the brothers are expected at the funeral, detailed mention of which will appear later.
