It is with deep sadness that the Steffy children announce the passing of their Father Richard E. Steffy, loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and wonderful friend to many, on Monday, November 21, 2022. Dick was born in 1930 to John A. Steffy and Margret McConnell Steffy in Lansing Michigan. He was brother to Robert and Donald Steffy (both deceased). He graduated from the University of Detroit in 1954 with a degree in Philosophy. After graduation he served in both the U.S. Army and the Coast Guard. He went on to work for General Motors, Inc. before owning his own automobile dealership, Steffy Buick in Anaheim, CA. Soon after moving to California, Dick met Rosemary Lesmeister.
