Eva Bright
Funeral services for Eva Bright of Corinth are set for Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 2 pm at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with interment in Wheeler Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, January 9, 2023, from 5 pm-9 pm and Tuesday, January 10, 2023, from 12pm until service time at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Bro. Josh Westmoreland, Bro. Ray Bennett and Dr. Kara Blackard will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jefferson Davis, Micheal Bright, Rodney Bright, James Cooper, Jay Cooper, Hunter Bright, and Byron Bonds. Honorary pallbearers will be David Allen, Jerry Newcomb, Bobby Marolt, Jerry Talley, Chris Bobo, and Ethan Martindale. Mrs. Bright passed away at her home on Friday, January 6, 2023. She was a homemaker and a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed gardening, working in her yard, traveling, and spending time with her family. Those left to cherish Eva's memory include her sons, Robert Grayland Bright and wife Janine and Bengee Bright and wife Missy; 3 grandchildren, Micheal Bright(Leigh), Michelle Bright, and Rodney Bright (Bobbie Jo); 2 step-grandchildren, James Cooper(Katie) and Tiffany Cooper; 9 great-grandchildren, Jefferson Davis, Hunter Bright, Jay Cooper, Amber Bright, Jayden Wilbanks and Rileigh Bright, Ava Cooper, Eli Cooper, and Asher Cooper; sister, Evelyn Switcher; special niece and nephew, Mike and Rhonda Devers; numerous other nieces and nephews; special friends, Maxine Wilbanks, Elaine Hudson and Ruth Spencer of Memphis, TN; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Bright; one step-grandchild, Allen Johnson; one great-grandchild, Jacob Bright; father, Claude Forman; mother, Bell Thrasher Forman; brothers, Cletus Forman, Carl Forman, Richard Forman, and Billy Forman and her sisters, Daisy Allen, Edith Gant, Mable Allen, and Gladys Potts. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Eva Bright.
