He was preceded in death by his parents; and sons, Daryl Green and Stuart Green. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Donna Austin Green; daughter, Renee Hathaway and her husband, Scott; two grandsons, Rhett Robinson and Cole Robinson; siblings, Susie (Leroy) Adams, Bobby Green, Charles Green and Yvonne Ussery; and his father-in-law, J V Austin.
