Upon the death of her husband, Nell made the decision to return home to her roots in Texas to be closer to her brother and the rest of her family. She loved family and had a special relationship with each of them. Nell loved all of the family get-togethers and all the great food that was shared. There were some other things that she enjoyed, such as going to the salon and getting her hair fixed. She was also the candy maker of the family, and made the best "Almond Joys" that you would ever sink your teeth into. She was also a life long Dallas Cowboys fam and loved watching the games. But most importantly was her church. Nell was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church and absolutely loved attending and loved all of her church family.
