Born in Akron on March 10, 1923, a daughter of the late Josiah and Mary Carter, she lived in Cuyahoga Falls most of her life. She was a member of Redeemer United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bell was also a member of Akron Rainbow Girls, Grand Cross Color, Eastern Star Falls Chapter 245, National Railway Business Association and the Akron Mates.
Mrs. Bell is survived by her husband, Donald Robert Bell, whom she married in Summit County on Dec. 26, 1942; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Denise of Cuyahoga Falls, Donn and Sue of Akron; sisters, Gladys McCracken, Audrey Heckerd, both of Cuyahoga Falls, and Hazel Haskins of Waverly, Ohio; plus three granddaughters.
Services will be held in Billow Falls Chapel on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
