The daughter of William Johnson , born Washington Co. Va. 1814 and died 1863 or 1864 , Scott Co. Va. and Sarah A. Bowen Johnson, born 1818 Scott Co. Va . and died 22 March 1892 Scott Co. Va.
Margaret was the wife of Enoch Roller.
She bore sixteen children and nine died in infancy. Info from the 1900 Douglas County Census. Family story is that some of the babies are also buried in the family cemetery .

The wife and children as shown for William H. Johnson are not correct. The Battle of the Crater was a battle of the American Civil War, part of the siege of Petersburg. It took place on Saturday, July 30, 1864. My 2nd great grandfather, William Johnson, wife Sarah Bowen, was dead several months before that date. On 15 Mar 1864 in Scott County, Virginia, an appraisal was recorded of the estate of William Johnson, deceased. The property listed totals $495. On the same date a Sale Bill of the personal property of William Johnson, deceased, was recorded in the will book. David Johnson was one of the buyers, and the widow Sarah Johnson was mentioned.
