Frieda Koellmer, 94, formerly of 909 Ontario Ave., died Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at Morningside Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Born January 17, 1914, in the Town of Herman, Frieda was a daughter of the late Fred and Hattie Goedecke Olm.

Frieda attended grade schools in Schwartzwald and Sheboygan.

Mrs. Koellmer was employed by St. Catherine's Residence for Young Women, retiring in 1979. She had previously been employed by Pine Hills and Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.

Frieda was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, the Ladies Guild of the Church and was a member of AARP.

She is survived by one son, Fred Koellmer, Sheboygan; three grandchildren, Julie (Terry) Mayer, Auilla, IN, Jayne (Tim) Zastrow, Sheboygan, Jeff (Shelley) Koell-mer, Marysville, WA; nine great grandchildren; one sister, Doro-thy (John) Leibmann, Mount Hoerb, WI; one step sister, Irene (Calvin) Boedecker, Franklin, WI; nieces, nephews and her special friend, Sandy Fischer. She was preceded in death by her two brothers Glenn Roeder and Calvin Ohm; one sister Ruth Kress and her step father Gus Roeder.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 22, 2008, at the Lippert-Olson Funeral Home, 1132 Superior Ave. The Rev. Gregory S. Whelton, Pastor of St. John's UCC will officiate. Relatives and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in St. John's Schwartzwald Cemetery.
