They celebrated 69 years of marriage and were blessed to raise four children including Dennis (Cindy) Lee of Bluffton; Mike Lee of Findlay; Greg (Luann) Lee of Findlay; Kathy (Charles) Morris of Adrian, MI.
They have ten grandchildren including Amber Lee of Dublin; Evan (Cristin) Lee of Columbus; Matthew Lee (Annette) of Willoughby; Andrew Lee of Columbus; Angela (Scott) Bergman of Arlington; Melissa (Tyler) Weir of Charlotte, NC; Nicklaus (Tessa) Lee of Arlington; Ashley & Abigail Morris of Phoenix, AZ; Lindsey (Greg) Carson, Phoenix, AZ.

The following preceded her in death including sister and brother-in-law Jeanette & Kenny Waaland; brother Dal Lawrence; infant twin granddaughters Allison & Amanda Lee. Sister-in-law Francine Lawrence survives in Sylvania.
Sue was raised on a farm and graduated from McComb High School with the Class of 1952. After her marriage, she continued assisting in the family's agriculture business outside the village of Vanlue. A homemaker, Sue loved her family and was busy following and watching her kids' sporting activities. She later retired after spending 25 years at Blanchard Valley Hospital as a Radiology Transcriptionist. She would state, "Vanlue will always be called home", but moved to Findlay to be closer to family.
Sue was a member of Vanlue Christ United Methodist and held various positions within the church.
Visitation will be held at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay between the hours of 11 AM and 1 PM on Mon. Jan. 2, with the service to immediately follow. After the service, burial will take place at Lee Cemetery in Amanda Township.
Memorial contributions can be made to Vanlue Christ United Methodist, or the Vanlue Fire Department.
