Andrew Hudak, 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Laurel Circle in Bridgewater, NJ.

Born in Perth Amboy and raised Woodbridge, Andrew was the son of the late Andrew M. and Florence McCarthy Hudak.

He was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Perth Amboy.

After high school Andrew had several jobs throughout his working career. The longest was the 30 years he worked with Comet Messenger and Delivery Service where he started as a driver and worked his way up to general manager. It was when he worked for the Perth Amboy Evening News that he met the love of his life, Patricia, and they married in 1960. They settled in Fords where they made their home and raised their three children.

Andrew was very active in the community. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church, and a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Elks, and the Moose Lodges. He also coached for the Fords-Clara Barton Little League when his children were playing on the teams.

In addition to his parents, Andrew was preceded in death by his beloved wife Patricia in 2009 almost 50 years, and his sister Florence Capizzano in 2018.
