Barbara F. "Bobbie" Ritchie, 84, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky departed this life peacefully on Saturday, December 24, 2022 with her children by her side.

Born on February 7, 1938 Bobbie was the daughter of the late Paul F. "Pete" Ritchie & Dorothy L. Hargan. She grew up on the Ft. Knox Military Base. She retired from the United States Postal Service. Bobbie was a former majorette, liked to dance, loved to garden, feed the birds and was a former scout leader. She enjoyed doing crafts and sewing. She was a devoted mother. Bobbie lived a full life, a life well lived!

Besides her parents, Pete & Dorothy Ritchie; Bobbie is preceded in death by her twin sister, Beverly Humphreys & her older sister, Mary "Freddie" Lacy.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Bobbie will be entombed in the Chapel of Apostles of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and then again on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until the Funeral Hour of 12:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
