Clyde Wayne Arrington, 93, passed away on December 19, 2022.

Clyde was born on June 19, 1929 in Wellborn, Texas to Clyde William Arrington and Mary Pearl Eden.

After enlisting in the United States Air Force on April 20, 1948, he met and married Margaret Louise Edgecomb in Everett, Washington on October 17, 1953. He was a Korean War Veteran and very proudly served his country for 20 years, retiring from military service on July 1, 1968. For the next 20+ years, he worked for GTE in Bryan, Texas.

Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Mary Arrington; and siblings Geneva Kachina, Lillie Belle Arrington, and Grover Arrington.

Clyde is survived by his wife of 69 years, Margaret Arrington; children, Michael Arrington and Patrica Jalufka (Michael); grandchildren, Baylee Arrington (Violet Rodriguez), Will Arrington, Scott Jalufka, Alaina Jalufka (Joshua Joiner), Mark Jalufka, and Patrick Jalufka; five great-grandchildren; and siblings, Joyce Tatge and Evelyn Arrington-Smith (Paul).

Visitation will held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 2 PM to 3 PM with a graveside with Final Military Honors at Old Bethel Cemetery to follow immediately after visitation.
