Juanita A. Parrish of Bad Axe died Monday, March 23, 1987 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was 59. She was born August 25, 1927 in Ashtabula, Ohio to Lawrence and Dorothy (Ralph) Budd. She worked as a waitress in the Pigeon-Bay Port area. She was a member of Bad Axe Baptist Church, was active in its women's committees and was a member of the Pioneer Club.

She is survived by two daughters, Hope Young of Mayville and Mrs. Clarence (Nancy) Trowbridge of Valparaiso, IN; two sons, Robert Hensel of Conneaut, Ohio and Warren Parrish of Grawn; one step-daughter, Elaine Skaggs of Burton; one brothers, Donald Budd of Fayetteville, NC; 14 grandchildren and four step-grandchildren. Funeral services were 11 am today (Wednesday) at Bad Axe Baptist Church with the Rev. Millard W. Heron officiating. Cremation will be in the Northern Michigan Crematorium in Bay City. Memorials can be made to Bad Axe Baptist Church. Arrangements were made by McAlpine Funeral Home of Bad Axe.
