Gwenn grew up in Braggs, OK and later moved to Muskogee, OK where she resided for 30 years, moving to Fort Gibson for the last 20 years. God and family were the most important things in her life. Gwenn enjoyed scrapbooking, loved to read, and going to garage sales. Gwenn also enjoyed playing games with her family and loved spending time with them. Gwenn's love and devotion to her family was evident in everything she did. She was a devote Christian and faithful member of the Fort Gibson First Baptist Church. Gwenn loved her Church family. She will be missed by all that knew her.
Gwenn was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lil Parson; and a sister, Ginger Henson.
She is lovingly survived by her husband, Brian of the home; her children, Heather Rouell and husband Thomas of Okay, OK; Dustin Phipps and Halei Phipps, both of Muskogee, OK; and Sage Stout of Tulsa, OK; her brother, Gary Parson and wife Grace of Haskell, OK; sisters, Gail Hake and Gloria Farmer and husband Randy, all of Muskogee, OK; her grandsons, Tylor Cagle, Zac Cagle, Caleb Rouell and Rage Stout; ten great-grandchildren plus one on the way; extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home with family receiving friends 5PM-7PM.
A celebration of Gwenn's life will be 11AM Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Gibson.
Committal prayers and interment will follow at South Bethel Cemetery in Braggs, OK with Tylor Cagle, Bryor Cagle, Zac Cagle, Caleb Rouell, Thomas Rouell, and Jimmy Sinor serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers are Keifer Arnold & Aaron Willyard.
