Daughter of William Terrell Smith and Martha Cecile Jones Smith. She was a 1960 graduate of Toccoa High School and later attended business school in Atlanta. She worked with Coats and Clark while living in Toccoa. She later moved to Augusta, GAwhere she lived for 40 years. While there, she managed apartments for about 37 years. She was a member of Pine View Baptist Church in Martinez, GA. She had been back in Toccoa for about four years. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Martha Lynn Kesler; and brother, Ken Smith. Survivors include her son, Louie Moon, Jr. "Chip" of Lavonia, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Terri and Louie Mitchell of Stockbridge, GA; and sister-in-law, Barbara Smith of Acworth, GA.
