Georgia Freeman Lambert, of Rockwall, TX, passed away January 9, 2018, at the age of 96. She was born April 26, 1921, in Cash, TX, to Henry August and Oral May (Hale) Wall. Georgia was born and raised in Rockwall County and was a member of First United Methodist Church. Known as the "Energizer Bunny," she was a fitness instructor at the YMCA for 23 years teaching exercise classes, aerobics and water aerobics. Never one to be still, Georgia loved to stay busy and if she saw something that needed to be done, she did it! She enjoyed fitness, line dancing and riding motorcycles with her late husband, Gilbert. Georgia was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by many. Georgia is survived by her loving son: Bobby Freeman and daughter-in-law Mary; grandchildren: Lailia Ferrell and husband Ricky, Kim Trent and husband Johnny and Desirea Brittain and husband Brett, Angi Powers and husband Jason and Christi Ferrell: great grandchildren: Coy, Colton and Cooper Brittain, Sydney, Wade and Zoey Trent, Makalia, Kaden, Brailynn and Madelynn Powers and Matteo Edwards; and great-great granddaughter: Khaleesi Powers; along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, son: Ralph Eugene Freeman; and beloved husbands: Gilbert Freeman, John Laza and Frances Lambert.
