Boyd Leon Ramsey was the oldest son and second child of Doyle Leon Ramsey and Myrtle Thelma Howry. He had one sister, Patricia Marie "Patsy", and two brothers, Billy Doyle and Charles Ollie.

Boyd's father and my mother were siblings, making us 1st cousins.

Boyd was an A3C in the US Air Force.
