A Memorial Service for Billie was held on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Geneva, Nebraska. PMA Jim Germer presided over the Memorial Service.

The recorded selections "Amazing Grace," "How Great Thou Art," and "My Way" were played during the Memorial Service.

It was Billie's wish to donate her body to science and a private committal of ashes will be held at a later date in the Geneva Public Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Prince Of Peace Lutheran Church.

Beulah Marie "Billie" Otte was born to Clarence Ray & Mary Elizabeth (Phillips) Andres on February, 5 1927, in Guide Rock, Nebraska. She passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Heritage Crossings Nursing Home in Geneva, Nebraska at the age of 95 years, 10 months, and 14 days.

The family lived in Guide Rock, Nebraska until she was 5 years old. They then moved to a farm between Hardy and Ruskin. Here she attended country school for 8 years. Her first 2 years of high school were in Ruskin, and the other 2 years were in Superior. She graduated with the class of 1945.

Billie married Clyde Graham in 1946 and to this union 5 children were born: Charles, Barb, Ralph, Ron, and Jim. In 1963, she and Clyde were divorced and she and the children moved to Geneva, Nebraska.

Upon moving to Geneva, she worked for Carter Veterinary Clinic for 14 years and then went to work for YRTC as a house mother for 13 years.

She married Dale Otte in 1968. They both lived in Geneva the rest of their lives. Dale passed away January 29, 1991.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Mary Andres; brothers Albert and Ralph; sisters Blanche, Verdie, Myrtel, Eunice, and Jo; her oldest son Chuck; and a new born grandson Doug.

Remaining to mourn her death are her children Barb Nunns and husband Dale of Geneva, Ralph Graham and wife June of Geneva, Ron Graham and wife Mitzi of Lincoln, Jim Graham and wife Sheri of Lincoln; step son Mike Otte and wife Pat of Aspen, Colorado; 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 19.5 great great grandchildren (one on the way); sister Ginny Landkamer of Lincoln; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
