Mark Alan Dershem, 61, native of Des Moines, Iowa was born July 27, 1960. Mark worked at Mediacom for many years, alongside of co-workers and friends.
Mark passed away peacefully around 2:30 p.m. on April 19, 2022. Mark was preceded by his father Irvin G. Dershem, mother Wilma L. Taylor, and brothers David Dershem, Donald Dershem and Terry Dershem. Left to cherish his memory brother Dan Dershem and Mary Ann (Martin) Dershem; sisters Linda Hall, Nancy Gessell and Pamela Thompson. Nieces Jaedin and Dareion Dershem and many other beloved family members.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel (7601 Fleur Dr). Mark will be laid to rest next to his parents at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
