Born to Wesley "Mutt" and Margaret "Kat" Fuller, he graduated from Port Neches High School in 1972 and Lamar University in 1976. He worked for ILA Local 25 and ILA Clerk and Checkers Local 1924 for many years. In 1996, he purchased Central Maxi-Storage in Port Neches.
Survivors include his wife, Esther Fuller, and children Rachel Fuller, Conner Fuller, and Mariah Fuller.
