Wanda Kathleen Lewis passed peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at the age of 93. She was born in Utica, Oklahoma on April 20, 1929, to Hercules Martin and Alice Myrtle (Stanford) Love.
Wanda loved reading her bible and going to church. She enjoyed visiting with people and she never met a stranger. She was a great cook and even played basketball when she was in school. Wanda will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her two daughters: Deborah Woods of Calera, Oklahoma and Kim Ford of Bokchito, Oklahoma. Grandchildren include Mandi Bridges, Courtney Stephens, Grady and Monica Ford, Jerry and Sarah Ford, Ronnie and Caitlyn Ford, and Eric and Emily Love, along with her sister Melba Love. Great grandchildren include John Loke Love, Whitley Jo Love, Gatlin Love, Cheyenne and Devin Howell, Braiden Davis, Arden Davis, Nathan Ford. Callen Ford, Carson Ford, Jarred Ford, Emilyn Ford, and Ross Ford. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Preceding Wanda in death are her parents Hercules and Myrtle Love, her husband Grady Lewis, brothers DC Love, Sam Love, Howard Love, HM Love, Rastus Love, along with 2 infant brothers and an infant sister.
