Memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion, Iowa. Friends may visit with family an hour prior to service. Burial will take place at Troy Mills Cemetery at a later date.
Keith was born on August 10, 1942, in Peosta, Iowa, the son of Harvey and Evelyn (Ulrich) Beresford. He was a 1960 graduate of Central City High School.
On June 16, 1963, Keith was united in marriage to Jane M. Cress in Troy Mills, Iowa.
He worked at a bank in Central City.

After serving honorably Keith worked for FMC-LinkBelt before settling in at Parker Hannifin until his retirement.
He was a competitive runner and enjoyed eating at Spring House and Pizza Ranch.
Keith along with his wife liked to golf, play cards and bowl.
Keith will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Rosemary Beresford; siblings, Robert, Wendell, and Charles Beresford, Carolyn Beresford, Beverly Helbing, Hazel Schuettpelz, and Kathryn Bradley; stepsister, Pat; sisters-in-law, Carole Beresford and Mary Beresford; and brothers-in-law, Leonard Helbing, and Robert Bradley.
