Eldridge Amick, 90, of Hominy Falls passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Summersville Medical Center. Born on March 31, 1932 in Leivasy,
he was the son of the late Oate and Betty Trout Amick.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Nutter Amick in 2019; son, Eldridge Amick, Jr.; grandchildren, Andra Dawn Gajdos and Edward Don Bailes; brothers, Chester Amick and James Amick; step son-in-law, Donis Snider, Jr.
Eldridge was a Korean War Army veteran and a retired coal miner.
He was also a member of the UMWA and a lifetime member of NRA.
